Not recommending!

To make a long story short - I got this brand new TV and 2 months later, we had a major hardware malfunction causing images to overlap each other (not burn). After a long time of waiting/patience/hours on the phone/etc, Samsung Customer Service told us that there's nothing they can do and asked us to wait at least another 30days for the part to come in. And the store offered us a $50 gift card --- YES! So we can go buy some blu-ray and watch it on our --- oh wait -- OUR TV is Broken!!!
