"Eject Buttons"

My dvd player is under a bench behind my seating. I can physically reach back to remove the CD/DVD, but it is hard to reach under and find the ejct button in the dark.
Can a button be taught to do this fuction?
Eject button... WEIRD.

just a thought... but wouldn't you have to get up anyways to physically remove the CD or DVD from the tray which ejected out of the player.. or do you have a slave/monkey/child to do that too?

also, in dvd mode, i learned the remote to control the volume of my stereo, so i don't even have to switch modes
