Summary
The BP2004TL builds on its illustrious predecessors achievements. The original BP2004 was chosen as the high-end audio product-of-the-year in the Innovations Showcase Competition at the International Consumer Products Show and Stereophile Guide to Home Theaters Fred Manteghian called it, "a home theater steal and a music lovers find." Now, with a 250-watt Infinite Power Source amplifier (double the power of the original) coupled to a new longer throw, larger voice coil, bigger magnet driver, the BP2004TL achieves significantly deeper, tighter low-frequency performance and better overall sound quality. Its slightly larger cabinet combined with a new tuning program for computer synthesized transmission line loading also helps to deliver improved low frequency impact as well as better rhythm and slam for bass which is absolutely superior for both music and home theater.
